Enduroman Arc to Arc Solo Race Information

Summary
A 300 mile continuous triathlon challenge linking London and Paris via an English Channel swim.

Is This For Me?
The Enduroman Arch to Arc is an extreme event. Those that chose to accept this challenge will be experienced ultra distance athletes. A 6-hour sea swim in temperatures of 16 degrees or less is a prerequisite in the year of your attempt.

Led By The World Experts
Your challenge will be led by one of the Enduroman team who will be with you all the way to Paris. Eddie and Steve are members of a very small and exclusive group of people who have completed a solo Enduroman Arch To Arc crossing.
They have all been where you want to go – and their experience, knowledge and skills will be priceless additions to a memorable and safe challenge attempt. Only Enduroman offers this opportunity.

Solo Entry: £5000 GPB which includes the Enduroman services: 

* Enduroman race entry
* Boat Pilot Fees (Approx £2500)
* CS&PF / CSA Fees (Approx £300)
* Enduroman official observer throughout the challenge
* Access to your Enduroman Team Leader for training and coaching advice
* 2-hour presentation to you and your support crew once entered
* 2-hour logistics presentation prior to race start
* Finisher's Medal
* Finishers Trophy
* Observation of 6-hour qualification swim in year of attempt at Bournemouth
* Video calls throughout your preparation
* Phone calls throughout your preparation
* Contact via email to ask any questions regarding logistics
* Safety vehicle signage
* Navigation of routes from London to Paris
* Advice on weather and tide charts / predictions
* Liaison between the authorities, boat pilot, police, highways, councils, CS&PF, CSA, athlete and support crews

Getting to the start line in chronological order:

* Email Enduroman at steve@enduroman.com registering your interest and stating your preferred swim date from the availability list.
* Enduroman contract and deposit details emailed to you
* Enduroman contract returned by post and £2500 non-refundable deposit paid within 14 days via bank transfer.
* Boat pilot allocated to you
* Enduroman will email you your Boat Pilot contract
* You return boat pilot contract to Enduroman immediately by post
* You and your team to attend Bournemouth for a 2-hour presentation giving details on the event and logistics (Optional)
* Enduroman full balance paid 12 months in advance (£2500)
* 1st January in the year of your attempt.  Enduroman will email you CSPF / CSA documentation
* You post the above documentation back to Enduroman immediately
* Enduroman will register your swim with the relevant authorities
* Enduroman / CSPF / CSA medical forms emailed to you after 1st January in the year of your attempt.
* Medical forms returned by March 31st
* Swim departure and run start time / date provisionally confirmed
* Complete an observed six hour test swim in water 16 degrees celsuis or less in the year of your attempt
* You and your team attend Bournemouth for a 2-hour race brief (optional)
* Route details released two weeks before run start date
* Modify your vehicles for French roads
* Final confirmation of your swim start & run start times
* Check in and briefing at Marble Arch
