The Enduroman Anglo-American (AA)
Ultra Programme 2011-2012
From 2011 to 2012, Steve Haywood is
using a joint Anglo-American approach to his training over the next 12
months to provide a 'base' for ultra distance triathlon. From any point
during the year, athletes wishing to join this programme can enter races
at short notice without being concerned about their baseline. Only
specific event training would then be required. The training comprises
of activities that "add spice to the year, provide opportunity to test
your fitness and have some fun." Why not join Steve and see if you can
achieve your goals. You may participate in any or all of these events
regardless of your level and according to your personal goals. All of
the individual events can be done on your own or in your own training
group. The only criteria for the group events is that you are a member
of Enduroman UTC. You can join Steve in Bournemouth, Dorset for any of
these sessions.
In addition to your own schedules, this programme would be ideal
preparation for any Ultra-distance triathlon, ultra-marathon or long
distance cycle or swim such as the English Channel. or Enduroman Arc to
Arc.
Please email Steve if you wish
to join him
